Jessica is a lifelong resident of the Mount Washington Valley. She has always dreamed of owning her own restaurant and has spent years researching and perfecting her recipes. She greatly values good food that not only tastes good but also accommodates special diets. After being gluten free for many years and struggling to find places to eat out, she has become dedicated to giving people a safe space to eat that is also new and exciting.
